The Ecological Leadership Intensives offer training to empower leaders with transformative, ecological solutions to respond to the massive cultural upheaval and accelerating climate change our generation face. Metta Earth Institute offers 4 Leadership Intensives:

During these sustainability trainings, participants have the opportunity to deepen personal growth while building skills to lead and empower others. Each of the four sessions offers an in depth focus as a response to the environmental, social, and spiritual crises manifesting on the planet at this time.

After the training, Metta Earth faculty will support you in catalyzing change back in your community with three mentoring calls to help clarify and activate the next steps in your leadership journey.

While each of the four trainings have a distinctive focus, all are strengthened by the additional core practices of leadership processes, yoga and meditation, farmstead living skills, and the arts. Tailored to the specific focus of each training, relevant themes and practices are highlighted within these core areas. The rich medley of these realms is offered intentionally to provide a holistic set of leadership skills, an enhanced vibrancy to daily life, and to stimulate possibilities for social and cultural renewal.

“The Metta Earth training has been a beautiful whirlwind of learning and laughter. It has been one of the greatest experiences of my life that has taught me far more than I can comprehend. My month here has been beyond amazing with Gillian and Russell’s immense warmth and groundedness.” – Amanda Chin, 2011 participant
